Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja dan Penguatan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Pegawai

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB pegawai. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB pegawai. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan layanan paperless terhadap OCB pegawai. (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. (6) Untuk menganalisis OCB pegawai yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. (7) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan layanan paperless terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan penerapan paperless services mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penguatan OCB. Selain itu, temuan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penguatan OCB mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan penerapan layanan paperless mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terakhir, penguatan OCB tidak berperan signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan sebab akibat antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan penerapan layanan paperless dengan kinerja pegawai.
