Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh komunikasi, teknologi informasi dan work from home terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kinerja karyawan pada mahasiswa yang sudah bekerja. Sampel penelitian adalah 344 mahasiswa STIE Mahardhika Surabaya yang telah bekerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah non probability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kusioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa komunikasi, teknologi informasi dan work from home berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas, dan komunikasi, teknologi informasi dan work from home berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas melalui kinerja karyawan.References
